Returns

If you received your Designs By Alina jewelry order and aren't totally in love with it we will happily issue a refund to your original method of payment (less shipping if applicable). 

For safety reasons, masks are non-returnable.

Thank you for your order, we want you to love it!

If you are not happy with your Designs by Alina purchase, no problem!

  • Email customerservice@designsbyalina.com within 7 days of receipt to request a shipping label and return authorization number. Returns are not accepted after 7 days.

  • You will have 3 business days thereafter to ship your order with the RA# and return label we provided.

  • Item must be in its original condition and properly packed. Candles and jewelry must include gift boxes.

  • Upon receipt, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. Allow 1-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account depending on the card issuing bank. 

  • Returns without prior authorization and Designs by Alina return label will not be accepted.

  • Special order/customized items are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
